Enrollment

To enroll into the Koasek Traditional Band of the Sovereign Abenaki Nation,one must certify direct lineage ancestry to the Cowasuck Abenaki  of Vermont/New Hampshire/Southern Quebec.

An applicant must document his/her relation to a direct ancestor who is of such lineal ancestry.

All applicants must submit clear and convincing proof of such lineage to our Tribal Authorities.

To begin the Citizenship Process, you must start by reading our "Citizenship Requirements".

Next, when you fully abide and understand our requirements, you may then complete the "Application for enrollment".

When you have completed all the requirements, please send completed application with all the necessary documentation to establish proof from you to your Cowasuck Abenaki ancestor, to the attention of our registrar / genealogist at:
